Thanks for this opportunity to add a few thoughts on this matter which affects us all in one way or another.I do believe that one of the difficulties encountered by all the relevant authorities is how to effectively reach our youth.I suggest that one sure way would be via their most frequently listened to "hip hop" music stations.A car load of youth "intoxicated" with their music become a "lethal weapon" on the road. Such radio stations could be interrupted occasionly with an appropriate reminder to drive safely,for their own and others wellbeing. The point I make is, reach our youth through "THE EAR GATE" by way of their car and other form of radio. thanks V.C. Hello Michael.
