Yes it is time for a change but with realistic expectations and a sensible approach to budgets. Public safety, health, schools, jobs, (including the timber industry) & ROAD SAFETY TRAINING IN SCHOOLS!! What is the point of teaching our kids the three Rs if they are killed on our roads before they have a chance to develop as adults!

What most people DON’T understand is that our health system’s issues are due to a lack of GPs and specialists, not infrastructure per se. Our best bet is to actually make Launny a more viable place for health professionals to relocate/stay. As for public order, I know you have the right attitude; I read the article about the police booth in the mall, and the 24 hour public ban. Simple ideas that could have a major effect.
Danny, they have had road safety training in schools for years now, they instated it around the same time they got rid of the idiom, “the three Rs”. If anything I would be looking at the social circles that young drivers associate with before blaming the schools [i]again[/i]. Just like drug and alcohol abuse, dangerous/reckless driving is normally associated with a social view/setting, not improper education.
