Liberals to move to amend state budget to keep schools open

On Tuesday in Parliament the Liberals will move to amend the state budget to provide funding to keep open the 20 schools that Labor and the Greens want to close.

Computer says….”close”

The Labor-Green plan to close 20 schools descended into farce last night at a community meeting at the Goodwood community centre. In scenes reminiscent of a bad episode of the TV comedy Little Britain, Greens MP Cassy O’Connor claimed that the list of schools for closure had been generated by a computer.
