Ambulance ramping hours at the Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH) are down by 60 per cent under the Hodgman Liberal Government.
The Tasmanian Health Service has also advised that the average waiting time at the RHH Emergency Department for all attendances was lower in August, September and October than 12 months ago.
And, elective surgery waiting lists are the shortest on record.
But we know there’s a lot more to do, which is why we are investing a record $6 billion on health, creating a truly statewide health system, and rebuilding the Royal Hobart Hospital into a modern, state-of-the-art hospital for all Tasmanians.
Labor should stop scaremongering which can only have the effect of discouraging people from calling 000.
